Ann Pimentel (BEd, MA) is a Resource teacher from James Kennedy Elementary School in Langley. She has taught for 20 years internationally across all abilities and grades from Kindergarten to Grade 12. She is passionate about inclusion, inquiry and innovation for all children. Anne is the lead teacher on The Inspire Project (mrspimentel.wordpress.com) which aims to trailblaze and explore handmade inventions, codeable robots and other inclusive tools in the 21st Century classroom.

Ann will be sharing her first-hand experiences from The Inspire Project where she is using UDL principles to allow students to create everything from soap to robotics to school events. During this hands-on workshop, we will learn how you and your students can become curious innovators.
